Our termite baiting system is designed to eliminate colonies from the inside out—providing long-term protection without drilling or disruption to your property.
Termite Bait Installation will be applied at Identified Active Spots.
Includes follow-up visits every 2–3 weeks to monitor and maintain bait stations.
Treatment continues over a period of approximately 2–3 months, depending on termite activity.
No additional charges for extra bait used during the treatment and warranty period.
A Termite Baiting System Warranty is provided within the agreed coverage period.

This service is available in Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Only and is applicable to Residential Properties Only

Terraced House

If your property does not fall within these categories or exceeds standard size, additional charges may apply. We will confirm this with you before treatment begins.
Active Termite Infestation Required
This service is only applicable if active termite activity is detected during site inspection.
If no infestation is found, treatment will not proceed.
A nominal RM80 inspection fee may apply.
