Notes:
This package is not available for active termite infested properties (refer to Termite Baiting System).
Extended coverage with rodent control and termite warranty included. The treatment includes the following:
Odourless Residual Spray will be applied to all accessible floor surfaces, wall junctions, and potential pest entry points.
Baiting will be applied at strategic areas based on the pest species and visible signs of infestation (e.g. ants, cockroaches and rodents).
ULV Misting will be carried out Once (1x) per year in roofing areas or ceiling voids which accessible.
1 or 2 Years Package includes 6 or 12 Bi-Monthly Treatments.
A Termite Baiting System Warranty is provided within the agreed coverage period.
This package covers ants, cockroaches, rodents and subterranean termites only.
(For bedbugs, fleas, and flying insects, a separate treatment will be recommended if active signs are found.)

This service is available in Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Only and is applicable to Residential Properties Only

Pricing is based on standard residential categories:
Terraced House
Semi-Detached House (Semi-D)
Bungalow
If your property does not fall within these categories or exceeds standard size, additional charges may apply. We will confirm this with you before treatment begins.
Re-Entry Waiting Time
After ULV Misting, rooms must be vacated for 2 hours before re-entry.
Pets and sensitive individuals should avoid treated areas until fully ventilated.
Complimentary Touch-Up:
If signs of active pests activity persist within 7 days after the routine treatment,
Pest Lab Malaysia will provide 1 (One) additional touch-up service at no extra cost.
(Follow-up will be scheduled subject to technician availability. Touch-up requests must include photos or videos for verification.)
