Pre-Move In Treatment & Termite Inspection

Our pre-move in treatment is designed to ensure a pest-free start in your new home. The treatment includes the following:

• ULV Misting will be carried out throughout the entire house, including roofing areas or ceiling voids where accessible.

  (Roofing & ceiling voids not applicable for condominiums.)

• Basic Termite Inspection will be provided to identify potential risks before moving in.

This treatment covers ants, cockroaches, and rodents only.

(For termites, a separate treatment will be recommended if active signs are found.)

1. Service Availability

This service is available in Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Only and is applicable to Residential Properties Only

2. Working Hours & Appointment

Our team operates daily, including Sundays and public holidays, by appointment only. 

(Please book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.)

3. Re-Entry Waiting Time

• After ULV Misting, rooms must be vacated for 2 hours before re-entry.

• Pets and sensitive individuals should avoid treated areas until fully ventilated.

4. Infestation Level May Affect Outcome

• The number of treatments required depends on the severity of the infestation.

• In cases of heavy or long-established bedbug presence, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve complete elimination.

5. Complimentary Touch-Up:

• If signs of active pests activity persist within 7 days after the initial treatment, 

  Pest Lab Malaysia will provide 1 (One) additional touch-up service at no extra cost.

• This applies only to the same treated area and must be reported within the 14 Days period.

(Follow-up will be scheduled subject to technician availability. Touch-up requests must include photos or videos for verification.)

6. Pest Lab Malaysia’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refund based on site conditions or non-eligibility.
