Premium Plan (F&B Pest Management)

All-Inclusive Pest Management for 24-Hour or High-Risk Operations.
(Ideal for 24-hour restaurants, hygiene-sensitive businesses, and premises requiring flexible service hours.)

This plan is based on a 1-year service agreement with monthly payments.

This package includes the following treatments:

• Residual Spray will be applied to all accessible wall surfaces, wall junctions, and potential pest entry points. (e.g. ants, cockroaches and flying insects.)

• Baiting will be applied at strategic areas based on the pest species and visible signs of infestation (e.g. ants, cockroaches and rodents).

• Rodent Control will be provided through a combination of glue boards or rodent bait stations, depending on the infestation signs and site layout.

• Flies Control will be provided through a combination of Water Dispersible Granular Bait, depending on the infestation signs.

• Monthly 1x ULV Misting (FREE) will be applied for flying insects (e.g. mosquitoes, flies) and German cockroach control.

  (Application depends on infestation level and technician evaluation)

• Free Sticky Pad Replacement for UV Light Trap Machine

  (Applicable only if the machine is supplied by Pest Lab Malaysia)

• FORM H Service Report and Pest Control Service Agreement will be provided.

This treatment covers ants, cockroaches, rodents, and flying insects only.

(For others pests, a separate treatment will be recommended if active signs are found.)

1. Service Availability

This service is available in Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur only, and is applicable to F&B commercial properties, including shopping mall shop lots.

2. Working Hours & Appointment

This package's standard service hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by appointment only.

(Please book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.)

3. Before & After ULV Misting

• Treated Areas must be vacated for 2 hours before re-entry.

• Pets and sensitive individuals should avoid treated areas until fully ventilated.

• All utensils that may have been exposed to the mist (e.g. plates, glasses, cutlery) should be rinsed thoroughly with water before use.

• Any ingredients, materials, or seasonings that are directly used in food preparation must be properly covered or stored away during the misting process to prevent contamination.

4. Infestation Level May Affect Outcome

• The number of treatments required depends on the severity of the infestation.

• In cases of heavy or long-established pest presence, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve complete elimination.

5. Complimentary Touch-Up

• If signs of active pests activity persist within 7 days after the routine treatment, 

  Pest Lab Malaysia will provide 1 (One) additional touch-up service at no extra cost.

• This applies only to the same treated area and must be reported within the 14 Days period.

(Follow-up will be scheduled subject to technician availability. Touch-up requests must include photos or videos for verification.)

6. Additional / Ad Hoc Service Charges

Any additional or ad hoc services beyond the agreed package—such as extra treatments, or unexpected pest issues—will incur additional charges.

These charges will be clearly stated in the Pest Control Service Agreement for full transparency.
Clients will be informed in advance before any additional services are carried out.

7. Pest Lab Malaysia’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refund based on site conditions or non-eligibility.
