Our corrective soil treatment is a proven solution for active termite infestations, forming a protective barrier beneath your home to stop termites before they reach your structure.
Our team will Drill at 2 Feet Intervals along the floor-wall junction and inject termiticide to create a chemical barrier.
Termiticide will be injected into each drilled hole, saturating the soil beneath to create a long-lasting chemical barrier.
All holes will be patched and sealed using either normal or coloured cement, depending on site conditions and floor finishing.
A Termite Baiting System Warranty is provided within the agreed coverage period.

Site Preparation Required (Before Visit)
Please ensure the following before our team arrives:
Move away any furniture, sofas, cabinets, or items that are placed along walls
Provide clear access to floor edges/skirtings and baseboards
Remove floor mats or rugs placed against walls
This ensures safe and complete treatment around the perimeter.
Work Duration & Safety
Treatment may take 3–8 hours, depending on property size.
No need to vacate the house, but please keep children and pets away from the work area during application.
